(2) Composite foundations, pile foundations, etc. have been tested by the testing unit;
(3) Approval documents are required for the foundation treatment plan.
2. The construction unit inspected the quality of the project after the foundation project was completed, confirmed that the quality of the project complied with the relevant laws, regulations and mandatory standards for project construction, and met the requirements of the design documents, and proposed that the project manager and the relevant responsible person of the construction unit reviewed and signed the project. Construction project quality construction unit (foundation) report;
3. The supervision unit has carried out a quality assessment of the foundation project, has complete supervision data, and submitted an assessment report on the acceptance and supervision of the Tianjin construction project foundation that has been reviewed and signed by the chief supervising engineer and the person in charge of the supervision unit;
4. The survey and design unit inspected the survey and design documents and the design change notice signed by the design unit during the construction process, and put forward the quality of the project survey and design person in charge and the relevant person in charge of the survey and design unit. Inspection report, project quality inspection report of the survey unit, and project quality inspection report of the design unit;
5. Have complete technical files and construction management materials, and meet the quality data filing requirements of Tianjin Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Management Station;
6. The district planning and construction administration and its entrusted district construction project quality supervision station ordered all rectifications to be completed.
