Description

The Malleable Beaded Plugs is a pipe fitting used to seal holes in pipes or containers to prevent leakage of liquid or gas. It is made of malleable iron through high-temperature forging and heat treatment cooling, which has excellent dimensional accuracy and high temperature resistance. The fittings all have Bsp threads in accordance with DIN2999 standard, the internal thread is parallel thread and the external thread is tapered thread. It comes in a variety of sizes with optional diameters and is suitable for pipe systems of different specifications. Each fitting has been tested for temperature resistance, sealing and pressure.

1. Beautiful: This Malleable Beaded Plugs adopts rich surface treatment processes, including black oxidation, hot-dip galvanizing, and cold galvanizing, so that its surface is covered with oxide or a uniform alloy layer. These processes remove burrs from its surface and provide it with a different color finish, making it look smoother and more beautiful.

2. High strength: It has a tensile strength of ≥300MPA and allows an elongation of ≥6% when subjected to the impact of large flow, and will not break. This is because its material contains 2-4% carbon content and there are a large number of evenly distributed fibrous carbides. These carbides are very tough and will stretch rather than break when stretched.

3. Easy to install: The port of this pipe fitting has BS threads, which can be quickly connected to the piping system through the threads.
